ARE YOU LOCAL TO ME?
Yes! We want to ensure we always give a personal service and understand the local area and all it has to offer. We are based in Kent but offer services to all of the South East (SE London, Kent and Sussex). We can offer services outside of these areas still so please get in touch if you aren't sure.
DO YOU HAVE INSURANCE?
We have all the required public liability insurances to ensure peace of mind for everyone we work with and as a responsible wedding planner, we also ensure we use only the best suppliers and ensure they also have all the relevant cover.
HOW DO YOU CALCULATE PRICING?
We try to keep pricing as clear as possible. Many wedding planning companies charge a percentage of the wedding budget no matter what package you book with them. We want to help you plan ahead and avoid any hidden costs further down the line. That's why most of our packages have a price associated with them and a clear list of what's included for that price. DO YOU ATTEND ON THE DAY?
Yes. We allow for on the day attendance for all of our bookings. We do of course understand it's your day so if you'd rather we didn't that's also fine. (although we'd prefer to be there and ensure the day runs smoothly too!)
HOW DO YOU SELECT YOUR SUPPLIERS?
All of our suppliers have been carefully handpicked by us personally using careful research, personal experiences, testimonials of our clients or other recent newlyweds to ensure we only have the very best the industry can offer. Don't worry, you're in safe hands.
DO YOU SERVE OTHER AREAS WITHIN THE UK?
Yes, we can offer services to other parts of the UK. Our main areas are London, Kent, East & West Sussex, Surrey and Essex. For areas outside of these we charge a mileage rate of 44p per mile. We can also do all meetings via video conferencing to reduce travel.
